Service terms
Terms of Use
Essential rules for using Fergro Scheduling safely and clearly.
Last updated: August 3, 2026.
1. Portal scope
Fergro Scheduling offers scheduling, availability management, operational communication, and integration features. The company providing each schedule is responsible for the services, prices, service delivery, and commercial information presented to its customers.
2. Appropriate use
You must provide truthful information, protect your credentials, and use the portal only for legitimate purposes. Attempting to access third-party accounts or data, interfering with service availability, bypassing security controls, or using abusive automation is not allowed.
3. Appointments and cancellations
The confirmation shown on the portal records the requested booking. Rules on lateness, cancellation, refund, attendance, and service delivery are defined by the company responsible for the schedule and may be informed separately.
4. External integrations
Features such as Google Calendar depend on third-party services and on the account holder's authorization. Authorization can be revoked at any time. Failures, limits, or unavailability of these providers may temporarily affect synchronization without invalidating the records kept in the portal.
5. Availability and changes
We strive to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, incidents, and external factors may cause interruptions. Features and these terms may be updated to follow technical, operational, or legal changes.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its identity, code, interfaces, and own content are protected by applicable law. Using the portal does not transfer intellectual property rights beyond the limited authorization needed to use the service.
7. Privacy
The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are explained in the Privacy Policy. Non-essential technologies remain blocked until consent, where applicable.
